It is a fully remodeled, spacious, fully furnished apartment, new appliances, with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bedroom and bathroom. With lots of living space, endless amenities, a backyard with a patio, full size grill and a brand new vita spa hot tub to enjoy, we are positive you will be happy with your stay!

Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Carriage house

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Whether you’re here to visit the wineries, go hiking in the gorges, visit your student in the nearby schools, explore downtown Ithaca, or just get away, our cabin has everything you'll need! It's conveniently located - right between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes and just 10 minutes away from downtown Ithaca. The cabin is perfect for a family trip, a couples weekend, or a best friends’ getaway!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

This home was beautifully updated in 2023. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two cots in the game room, sleeps 10. Three of the bedrooms have king beds. Outdoor firepit and wood fired pizza oven available all year long. Be one of our first guests at this gorgeous house with amazing views. Level 2 EV charger with NACS (Tesla) and J1772. Dog friendly, sorry no cats or other pets. **Driveway is on a hill, winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.

Located lakeside of Taughannock Blvd with lake views. Five (5) miles from downtown Ithaca & Cornell University and Ithaca College. Within walking distance of the Ithaca Yacht Club and Glenwood Pines bar/restaurant. The home is also near Taughannock Falls State Park (just 5 miles north).

Key Cottage-Dog-friendly unique standalone cottage

Key Cottage is a signature New Park suite - it has stained glass, incredible stonework, and incredibly rare Brazilian purpleheart floors. It's also homey, cozy, private, dog-friendly, and a little quirky. It has a studio setup with a queen sized bed and a click-clack couch (it lays down). It also has a full kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, and sink. There's even a dining room!
