Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

What a perfect place for our weekend stay. Michael was incredibly accommodating. Extremely clean and beautiful. My kids absolutely loved the arcade room and the hot tub! One of the best parts was the location. A quick walk right to the beach and boardwalk. I hope I get the chance to stay at Michael’s place again in the future, being we visit the shore many many times a year!

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it! Boris, Rachel and Barbara were super helpful, responsive and even installed an AC within a day when it got warmer than expected! Thank you so much.

The home was perfect for our multigenerational family to get together and enjoy our new grandchild. Bryana was very responsive, and we had no problems with the house. The three floors allowed all 8 of us to get together or separate when the situation permitted. The boys loved the hot tub and the arcade games, and the girls loved the Kitchen and living spaces. Having decks on all the floors was a big win, too, when the weather was cooperating. The home is right off the bridge into Seaside Heights, so getting a ride share was simple and took no time at all and the house is situated on this strange part of Bay Blvd, which has virtually no traffic. We had a great trip and would recommend this property without reservation.

A great house in a great location! Easy walk to the beach, downtown or almost anything you need. Plenty of space for the family to relax and enjoy the Jersey Shore. Check-in/out was easy and Gabriel was easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again.

Pelican’s Perch was perfect for gathering with family and offered ample space for us to relax. Everything was clean and organized. We appreciated having amenities for a baby so we had less to bring along. Very close to the boardwalk and walkable for restaurants as well. We would stay again!

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

In short: you get what you pay for. This is an extremely lovely, well-appointed, centrally located home in Princeton. Has all of the amenities and resources of a nice home--beautifully decorated, great beds, plenty of bathrooms, comfy furniture, multiple gathering spaces, dual zone A/C, All-in-1 washer/dryer, full kitchen with enough flatware and utensils for full dinners, etc. Can't say enough good things about this spot and hope we can return! Thanks for having us.

We rented this AirBnB for my parents, who were in town visiting from Texas. It was an absolutely adorable space!! Chic, modern, clean, and perfect location!! Our host was very communicative and super accommodating. Everything was perfect!! We will definitely rent this house again!!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Sea Bright!

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
