My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

Die Wohnung von Francesca hat eine super Lage. Der Balkon ist fantastisch, man kann auf das Meer schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Francesca lief ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

It was a great stay from beginning to end. Luciana and Vincenzo were kind and helpful during our stay. The location was very convenient, having a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants, public transportation, and Ostia antica nearby.

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft-für uns perfekt. 50m zum Strand, direkt gegenüber eine Feinkostgeschäft und viele schöne Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Dachterrasse ist super und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Mit der Bahn ist man für 1,50€ in ca. 40 min in Rom, besser geht es nicht. Salvatore ist ein toller Gastgeber, mit vielen gute Tipps und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt bei ihm, und kommen gerne wieder.

The stay was great. Especially the location is amazing. Directly on the beach and still so easy to drive with the train to rome. The apartment was pretty clean and in good condition. Just important to know. the bed has a very soft mattress, we sleep better on a harder matrass. But that is for sure a personal preference The communication was amazing and Camilla was very caring. So we definitely felt very good at her place. Thanks so much for that

Квартира была идеально расположена — всего в нескольк. минутах ходьбы от пляжа и местных ресторанов. Очень уютная, чистая и полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Evde hersey düşünülmüştü. Ihtiyacimiz olan hersey kullanma talimatlariyla mevcuttu. Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Giulio var otroligt hjälpsam och kommunikativ. inte bara med boendet utan allt därtill. Hjälpsam att boka bord och utflykter. Boendet är på gångavstånd ner till restaurangen och strand men ett lugn område där du lätt kan parkera bilen gratis på gatan utanför. Värt att känna till är att den gemensamma poolen endast är öppen. mellan. 15-17 på dagarna. Det gjorde det lite begränsat att använda. Men jag vill framförallt lyfta fram Giulio som värd. verkligen mån om att vi skulle trivas.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Fiumicino is ver peaceful. This location is right across from the beach and the whole strip is full of restaurants that you can walk to. I traveled to Rome and Florence from here, and it wasn’t a hassle. Even exploring Fiumicino was easy and cool. I know the summer time in this area is a blast! Locals will help you for the most part. You are walking distance from the bus and the convenience to ADR airport is the best part. Our host was very nice and welcoming. Her communication made our stay and comfortable a breeze. The inside is very cute, and clean. All appliances you need to eat,cook and even shower is available :) The area is quiet all day. I’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We zouden zes sterren geven als dat kon. Het is een nieuw appartement, heel erg schoon met een fijn bed, heerlijk beddengoed en handdoeken. In de keuken is alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We ontbeten buiten in de zon, de zee is om de hoek, net als leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Cinzia stond ons op te wachten om ons welkom te heten en alles te laten zien, snel in communicatie en superaardig. We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad!

I stayed here for a week while visiting Rome before my cruise, and I loved the peaceful and private location. David was incredibly helpful, providing directions for check-in and local recommendations. When the internet went out one night, he promptly arranged for a technician to fix it the next morning. Thank you for everything, David! I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil stay in Rome.
