Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
