Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Questa incantevole villa si trova a Massa Martana, in un punto strategico in Umbria per poter ammirare tutte le bellezze del territorio. La vecchia quercia adorna la casa, è la prima cosa che si vede quando si arriva, per questo l'abbiamo chiamata Villa le Querce. Vanta 2 appartamenti separati composti ciascuno da 4 posti letto, un bagno, una cucina e una zona giorno. Si può mangiare all'aperto, magari la grigliata cotta nel nostro barbecue fatto a mano e un buon bicchiere di vino rosso!

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
