Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Front and back screened porch. Perfectly placed by the water. Wake up and have coffee while watching the deer and geese. Enjoy nature! There is a paddle boat & kayaks available with life jackets. Use at your own risk. There are pontoon boat rentals nearby Barkley Marina. PONTOON ON PROPERTY IS NOT FOR USE. Refilling propane tank for grilling is up to the guest. There are a couple of gas stations nearby where you can refill the tank.

Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a peaceful walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (200mbps).
