Lokacija Ville pruža privatnost i oazu mira, a ujedno u blizini ima sve sadržaje potrebne za život. Od Splita je udaljena samo 27km (20-25 minuta vožnje), a od zračne luke 39km.

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
