Centrally located to several area attractions.2 minutes from the waters of Reelfoot Lake that is known throughout the States for its hunting and fishing and Eagle Tours.25 minutes from Discovery Park of America which has had over a million visitors since their opening. The Roost is stocked with paper goods,dry goods and plenty of fresh towels and linens.Owners are 20 minutes away.

Gated Country Retreat with Lakeview

This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! Ideal for large families or a sports team! An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

Rosie's Retreat new w outdoor kitchen & fire pit!

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Three Pines Cottage

Three Pines Cottage is conveniently located on West Main street within 1/2 mile of Walmart and the town square, and within 5 miles of Carroll County Recreational Lake. It is a family-friendly cottage that offers a rope swing for kids, board games & puzzles, and a smart TV with WiFi. It is also a cozy & romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Relax in the back yard on a cool evening by the fire pit stocked with a plentiful supply of firewood.

Our spacious rural farmhouse is designed for comfort, ease, and real living. The single-level home offers ramp entry, wide doorways, and an accessible primary suite with low-curb shower. The layout of the house gives families and groups room to spread out. A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer at the main entrance, and plenty of truck/trailer parking make it a practical, welcoming base for family visits, hunting trips, work crews, or longer stays.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just down the road from the local medical businesses including the hospital and Cane Creek rehabilitation center , UTM and local shops. Quite and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. One king bed in bedroom along with a couch and air mattresses. Extra linens included. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer. Refrigerator,Stove,Microwave.

This beautiful ranch style 3bed/2bath homes bad been completely renovated and is ready to be your home away from home. Minutes from all shopping and dining that Dyersburg has to offer. This home is 35 minutes to Jackson, and 25 minutes to Reel Foot Lake. Bed layout : One king bed, master bedroom. One queen bed, second bedroom. One twin and one full, third bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa. No pets.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Relax in the screened front porch, rocking away stress while enjoying the view, listening to the birds and rustling leaves. Nearby you have access to pastures, hot tub, and fire roasting seating area. Walk through the woods enjoying fresh air and the occasional horse or cow. Sleep in the roomy king size bed with hand crafted rustic headboard.

The Peery House at Springhill Farms

The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.
