Right off of interstate 77. 15 minutes to Mooresville. 30 to 40 minutes to Charlotte, Hickory, or Winston Salem areas. 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park. Pets are negotiable. Will welcome well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no cats.
