You'll never feel like you need to leave the cottage but it is close to the quaint Harwich village.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Our 3 room cottage in the Old Village is within steps of Lighthouse beach and a 15 minute stroll to town along charming streets. Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. The owner welcomes your visit to his art studio on the property

Wellfleet has so much to offer and we'd love to be able to help make your stay all the more memorable. Our quaint home offers all the modern necessities you want yet keeping the cottage vibe.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Newly renovated cozy heated Barn Cottage (not attached to house- privacy!) on Minister Pond with dock access to canoe/ new queen size bed/equipped kitchen/large deck overlooking pond/gas grill/private yard/2 minutes to ocean or bay beaches and bike trail in National Seashore/ many local attractions, and restaurants! On the corner of Pleasant & Bradford Streets in the West End, and diagonal to Mussel Beach gym and Liz's Cafe, you'll find this bright, cozy stand-alone cottage just one block to Commercial St. and a short walk to the beach, the Boat Slip and the heart of town. *Please note from June 1 to Sept. 13th peak season there is a minimum 7 night stay checking in/out on Saturday.
