We have tried to provide everything necessary to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is plenty of room inside and outside for everyone. It is located in a quiet street, close to all that Maryborough has to offer, and less than 30 minutes from Hervey Bay, the gateway to Fraser Island and whale watching. NBN ready.

There are no shared spaces and no cooking facilities Surrounded by lovely, tropical gardens, this accommodation is perfect for a quick getaway, in beautiful Rainbow Beach, or as a stopover on your way to Fraser Island.

Surrounded by a three-acre waterhole that attracts a myriad of bird life, our property is a true haven for nature lovers. Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet (except for some noisy birds).

Riverview Getaway

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

Self Contained Unit at Sailfish Cottage

A beautiful, self-contained studio unit underneath Sailfish Cottage, the 80 year old restored ex-principal's residence from the local area is relaxing, private and peaceful, yet close to everything Tin Can Bay offers. Explore this beautiful area which offers wild, humpback dolphin feeding everyday at Nelson Point, lovely parks and walks, plenty of fishing and Rainbow Beach is only a 25 min drive away and Fraser Island is just a short ferry trip from Inskip Point.

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

Little 1 bedroom cabin in our garden with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Small in size ( 27m2) but fully self contained. Located 40m away from our house and private. Our property is situated 1.4km walk from swimming beach or 4km from our marina. Supermarkets are 1.5km. Airport is 4.5km.
