It's a 30-minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes to James Street with all the bars and restaurants and 5 minutes to Stockland's Shopping center. IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.

Palm Tree Cottage is a unique and beautiful one bedroom home set in lush tropical gardens. Private, spacious and charming, it’s only a 5 minute stroll to Gallery Walk’s cafes, restaurants and shops. The space This is not a shared home, the entire cottage is yours. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, large combined dining and lounge, spacious bedroom, patio and hot tub.

The Coach Studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio. Pet friendly, private , stylish and cosy, this 100 year old workers cottage has been tastefully reonvated but still maintains some old world charm all within walking distance to the centre of town.
