Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. A beautiful, charming and cosy cottage.

Located in the historic town of Hedon, this beautiful grade 2 listed cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated. The cottage is centrally located in Hedon and is walking to distance to local pubs, resteraunts, cafes, shops and other local amenities The property boasts a fitted wood burner for those cozy nights in, central heating, fitted kitchen with integrated washer, fridge, hob and oven, new bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. We now have free WiFi and Smart TV for all to enjoy.

The Corn Loft

Cosy 18th century recently refurbished Corn Barn adjoining the owners property. Sleeps 2 with Kingsize bed and option for twin upon request. Central village location, good amenities, good public transport. Good base for hikers and bird watching at Spurn point. Use of private garden, summerhouse with electricity and patio. Lovely Static Caravan at Sand Le Mere, Tunstall

Ronnie's Retreat is a lovely static caravan situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire. 5 minutes walk from the beach. A lovely little home from home - all bedding provided as well as home comforts such as tea, coffee and sugar, slow cooker, free Wi-Fi and a high chair and travel cot if required - please let me know in advance if you need these so I can ensure they are ready for your stay. Please note that although there is no central heating, we have electric plug-in heaters for your use.

Wyke Shed

A small village getaway for a relaxing break. Historic church and local amenities nearby. Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The property is newly renovated - hence the name. It used to be our shed! There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.
