Il B&b è in una posizione bellissima e centrale nella piazza all'interno delle mura,questo ci ha permesso di vedere la festa dei tulipani con un posto in prima fila direttamente dal balconcino di casa. Già dall'accoglienza si percepisce che sarà un soggiorno piacevole. Entrando si sente profumo di pulito, la casa è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza, un grazie a Maria Letizia ed a Gilda per averci accompagnato con i loro servizi in questa vacanza

We loved staying at Mauro's! It was just outside of the city center, very walkable, great views from the building, great restaurant down on the street (osteria gufo). Mauro met us at the rental and walked us up. He left a bottle of wine, water, breakfast items, coffee. Super thoughtful! He has WiFi available and a binder with helpful Italian phrases, local sites with a map, restaurant recommendations, things we didn't even realize we needed, he had thought ahead! The shower is slightly awkward due to size and layout, but the stay was amazing and I would book with him again!

If I could give the place “10”, I would. I don’t think I could decorate and organize a place any better. At the end of a month, we still loved it. It will go down as one of our favorite bnb. If we ever go back to Perugia, and we might, I will seek to stay there first. The laundry was convenient. The bathroom was spacious. Its quiet.

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Wij waren hier 10 dagen, fijn dat we halverwege schoon beddengoed en handdoeken kregen. Communicatie snel en goed. Appartement smaakvol ingericht. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Splendido alloggio a Monticchiello. Pulito, ordinato e fornito del necessario di cui avere bisogno. Situato in ottima posizione sia per il borgo in cui si trova, che per visitare la Val d’Orcia. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi. Marco è stato un host gentile ed educato e se dovessimo tornare in quelle zone, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

Rossella è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. L'alloggio è spaziosissimo, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comodità. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo!

Beautiful place just outside of the heart of perugia, we really enjoyed our downtime here it was peaceful and relaxing and had everything we needed. The washing machines and dryer was a big tick for us aside from this it had everything we needed and the check in was flexible highly recommend!!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo all'appartamento di Giuseppe, spazio molto pulito, ordinato e organizzato con tutte le cose necessarie per i giorni che abbiamo passato lì. Lui molto disponibile sia per il check-in che per il check out, e disponibile a venire a trovarci negli orari convenienti a noi e a spiegarci tutto quello che riguardava la casa. Quartiere molto tranquillo, il centro storico si può raggiungere in 10-15' a piedi. La nostra esperienza è stata in generale tutta molto positiva! Grazie Giuseppe!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The people are kind and welcoming. I would come back in a heartbeat. Even though the location is quite remote there is a excellent restaurant/pub walking distance from the apartment. It's an 8 minute drive into Montevarchi. I had some issues finding it but discovered that was an issue with Google Maps. Both Waze and Apple Maps had clear, easy to follow, instructions. Highly recommended.

10 out of 10 on every measure in this beautifully done modern apartment. Giacomo is a lovely young man who was kind enough to offer to pick us up and return us to the train station which was greatly appreciated. He was very quick to answer any questions and kindly provided a fan at very short notice. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want if you are going to do some of your own meals. Lovely bathroom great shower and excellent living space. So close to walk a few minutes to the wonderful restaurants, cafe and major sights of Perugia. Ultra quiet inside never heard any noise. Best place to stay in Perugia! Thank you Giacomo

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Paolo and Carlotta's apartment in Montepulciano. The location was perfect for us, a few steps from the Porta Al Prato at the base of the historic medieval town, yet quiet, with beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, grocery store, enotecas, etc. Carlotta was able to meet us for a early arrival, and Paolo was very prompt in his communication. The place was modern and very nice - a well furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and washer and dryer across the little road out front. We were able to park for free at the bottom of the steps behind the apartment. There is no TV but we did not miss this at all. Strong wifi signal. We very much enjoyed Montepulciano - many very good restaurants and great wine; and it was also a convenient base for exploring Tuscany. We enthusiastically recommend Paolo and Carlotta's apartment.

He tingut una estada fantàstica a Perugia, i també ha ajudat l'allotjament. Alessandro és una persona molt amable i atenta.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!
