It’s also 5 minutes walk from the West Portal Village, where you can find many coffee shops and 4-5 stars restaurants, a book store, and a theater.

This studio space is attached to the rest of the house that I live in. It shares a wall and door (will remain locked) with my kitchen and the rest of the house.
