Set in 3.5 acres of paradise on the edge of Bodmin moor. A crystal clear stream meanders through woods with two waterfalls, a beautiful lake and bridges. Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. It has its own front and back entrance and is semi-attached to The Grange where we live. Close to Eden project, Polzeath, Rock, Fowey, Cardinham Woods, Camel Bike Trail, Lanhydrock.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

The Barn is a detached converted farm building situated within the village of Dobwalls. Consisting of an open plan living, dining and kitchen space downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

Loveny is the largest of three cottages that collectively are described as Wainsford River Cottages. Enjoying views from the Living Room that overlook its own enclosed garden and the parkland with lake beyond, this centrally heated cottage has a double room with en suite and two Twin Bedrooms sharing a Family Bathroom. Downstairs, Loveny has a spacious Kitchen/Diner, a huge Hallway, ideal for coats, dog beds and boots, and a comfortable Living Room.
