The Ridge

A cute cabin getaway in the heart of lake Benton, Minnesota located right beneath “Hole In The Mountain” state park. There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Snowmobile trails are also accessible nearby! 311 center st. N

Enjoy the elegance of a timelessly beautiful era while staying in this National Register of Historic Places home. Also, the former hospital. This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). The abundance of natural lighting, private porch, and private entrance (you will walk through host's kitchen) will make for a one-of-a-kind stay. The suite is located downtown within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Note: There is a cat in the home.

RIVER VALLEY RETREAT

“RVR” is 5 peaceful acres in the country overlooking the Sioux River valley, just 3 mi north of the Sioux Falls city limits & I-29/I-90; 4 & 5 mi straight north of the Sanford Pentagon & Premier Center. Guests enjoy a SUNRISE each morning from all 5 bedrooms, the 30’x40’ common area Great Room/Kitchen, lower level British pub & parlor, 14’x40’ patio, 12’x40’ deck, covered deck, enclosed porch, & the 12’x16’ back deck. The last breath of every SUNSET is seen from half of those areas! Enjoy!

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

Enjoy this century old home, which is being lovingly restored. This house has an original cast iron slipper tub, two queen beds, central AC, gas stove & in unit washer / dryer. Keyless Entry & WiFi, Roku TV. Off Street Parking & street parking. Please note that this home does not have cable . Only a few minutes to Lake Yankton, Camden State Park and Garvin Park. Note that we are 20 minutes from every other town, so please do not book with the intention of a 3 star due to location :).

Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

Marshall Castle House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located "castle house." It is located within walking distance to downtown (YMCA, library, theater, schools, parks, & churches) and is less then 2 miles from the high school and hockey arena. Both floors have a kitchen (full kitchen in basement and kitchenette upstairs) and a bathroom. Each entrance also has patio seating. Additional amenities include grill, washer & dryer, and a fully enclosed dog run.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. Space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and sleeping quarters, with AC and heat.

The Stella house is old, unique, and has a lot of history. We hope you will appreciate the furnishings that match the era of a 100+ year old house. Close to many of the area's popular attractions like the Laura Ingalls Wilder Trail/Museum and Pipestone Monument. This small town has a great small lake with lakeside park and public access. Close to Marshall, MN and Lake Shetek. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful, historic home that oozes with character.
