River House 97 je luksuzno opremljena dvospratna kuca,gdje se nalazi sa desne strane rijeke Bojane,400m od mosta.Kuca je opremljena sa svim dodatnim inventarom, gdje u prizemlju u dnevni boravak ima TV sa 200 kanala,wi-fi,kuhinja sa trepezarijom,sporetom, friziderom,rostil,toster,kupatilo sa ves masinom, peglom,terasom sa 60m2 i dodatnom mini kuhinjom,sa trepezarijom i ljezajkama. U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Apartman je smjesten u tihoj zoni na oko 5 minuta hoda od Male plaze i zidina Staroga grada. Apartman je namjenjen za porodicni odmor do 8 osoba.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju 3 spavace sobe , komplet opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak i 3 kupatila.Apartman posjeduje poseban ulaz, balkon sa pogledom na more i terasu. Smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i imaju besplatan Wi Fi. Dva javna parkinga su u samoj blizini objekta. Jedina obaveza gosta je placanje takse od 0.70 € na dan. Djeca ne placaju.

Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

In the most beautiful part of Ulcinj, there are 3 Tramontana" apartments, which exude a Mediterranean spirit. They are 300m from the Little Beach, the Promenade that takes you to Cervantes Old Town in 10’. The Women's Beach is a kilometer away. From the street to the apartment there is a 30 steps. The suggestion is to not enter this busy street in the summer, but to choose the parking lot (near the former Hotel Jadran) from where you can walk to the accommodation in 5’

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
