Listen to the relaxing sounds of Devil Fork Creek on the covered porch or nap along the banks in the two-person hammock. Enjoy a hike at nearby Rocky Fork State Park, then end your day with a warm fire outside gazing at the stars. We can’t wait to host you!

Soak in the sounds of the river by a firepit that overlooks the rushing rapids, or enjoy coffee at your personal outdoor table with views of the mountain ridge & lush garden!

A secluded cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Located in the Pisgah National Forest, this getaway is only an hour drive from Asheville. Relax to the sound of flowing water on the front porch, or take a trip to nature destinations nearby. Enjoy your day at one of three ski resorts nearby or enjoy a day of waterfalls and wineries. If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Brice's Place on the Farm

Relax with your family and dogs on the Farm in the Forest! Brice's Place is a completely modernized, 100+ year-old Farm House on a 22-acre, small working farm. Nestled within the Cherokee National Forest, Brice's Place is in the Limestone Cove Valley of Unicoi County, between Stone Mountain & Unaka Mountain. With hiking and biking trails next to the property & some of the best fly-fishing rivers in Tennessee, Brice's Place is just 20-minutes to Johnson City, 35 to Bristol & 55 to Asheville.

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall.
