Water levels are not guaranteed to pull into the cove TVA controls the water levels in our cove. Boat ramp/marina minutes away if water is too low in the cove. Located on 24 acres of pasture with a panoramic view of the North Georgia Mountains, we are also home to the Barn at Young Harris, an event venue. You are welcome you to use the pavilions, fire pit, corn hole games and deck over looking Brasstown Bald Creek. Schedule an hour during your stay to meet our Scottish Highland Cows. Our 2 bedroom cottage and 1 bedroom loft apartment are also available to rent so leave your troubles behind and come enjoy this beautiful area of North Georgia.

Our cottage is a newly renovated (No Smoking/No pets) 1980’s farmhouse, perfect for relaxation, whether rocking on the porch or sitting around the fire pit. A short hike can take you over the hills on our 28 acres where fabulous views of the mountains surround us. Facilities for kayaking, golfing, biking, boating and the Casino are all within a short drive. We are motorcycle friendly!

TLC: The Lake Cottage

TLC is a comfy cottage on a private 6-acre lake 15 minutes from Helen, and very close to many vineyards and hiking trails. Paddle a Jon boat or paddleboards, fish, swim, relax on a large deck, walk, dine on the screened porch, grill, and enjoy the fire pit. We are handicapped accessible and pet friendly (please bring your own pet beds and blankets). Wifi and smart TV are provided as well as many DVD’s, books and games. No cable TV or satellite TV. A fun nature getaway!
