We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

If you are looking for security, this is the place! The building is locked and the door to the room is very secure. The area feels very safe. Access to onsite amenities is a bonus. Coffee room with free coffee drinks, pool, spa, and BBQs available for use. A self-service Pet Spa if your pet needs a bath! You also have access to the on-site gym. Short drive to many restaurants in Palo Alto, Atherton, and Redwood City. There is limited non-assigned parking on-site. However, we were always able to get a space. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi worked well.

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

As advertised, comfortable and affordable place at a great location in walking distance from Moscone.

The property is in walking distance to the places I needed to go. A lot of restaurants are close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we even got a discount for booking through them the wine tour we joined.

Good location, walkable although SF is a bit hilly, so not flat. Nearby public transit options.

Spent our anniversary here and it was amazing, we were even gifted a bottle of wine and a card. Perfect Location walking to distance to everything, or scooter range for the rest. Underground parking available. Spacious rooms and even a balcony. The only thing I would note is we were unaware of the additional cleaning fee upon checkout. But overall the place was worth it and we hope to be back!

Overall, the place and location is great. The check-in was easy and location was accessible to the city and easy to get around. The place was clean and professionally kept. Overall, true to its descriptions. Michelle did warn us about the $250 deposit. We were a bit surprised by the additional ~$146 charge for housekeeping and taxes. As far as the housekeeping, we weren't even sure that we had housekeeping as the place looked exactly the same (when we left the unit and when we came back) with the exception of new bathroom towels being folded. For example, our beds were unmade, used dishes were still out, ironing stands was in the living room- where I placed it before I left for the day. But I brought this new charges to Michelle's attention and she said she will reimburse me (haven't received yet). We had a good experience and would recommend this place to others. I would definitely rebook with Michelle.

Great place. Super convenient location. Very clean and centrally located. Would definitely stay there again.
