Only a couple of minutes drive from Junction 17 of the M4, for explorers and 'doers', The Roost is within easy reach of Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Cardiff, the Cotswolds; the list is endless! At the same time, the countryside setting, its own charming garden and the plentitude of local walks also make The Roost the ideal setting for those that just want to kick back and relax - get away from it all!

Piglet's House

Set in eight acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, Piglet's House can be found within the grounds of an 18th century farm. Piglet's House contains a small but well equipped kitchen, a desk for 'working from home', a roll-top bathtub, shower and loo, TV and sofa, high-speed Wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Easily accessed from Junction 17 of the M4, it is set down a long driveway and has it’s own off-road parking spot for one car. Babies/toddlers welcome too.

Situated in the South Cotswolds close to the historic market town of Malmesbury and picturesque villages including Lacock, Castle Combe and Badminton. Close to popular wedding venues, Kin House and Grittleton House.

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Towels are provided too, all you need to bring is yourself! (log starter pack provided Dec and Jan only)

Cosy Lodge in Beautiful Village

The Lodge, at the foot of the Cotswolds, is an ideal break in the heart of the countryside or a base to explore many exceptional towns and villages in the area. Cirencester, the capital, is 20 minutes easy drive away. The Georgian City of Bath is 30 minutes with its host of tourist attractions and restaurants. The Cotswolds historic market towns of Malmesbury and Tetbury are 10/15 minutes north and south are the picturesque ‘must-see’ villages of Lacock and Castle Coombe.

Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.

The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.

A perfect base in rural Wiltshire, bordering the Cotswolds, for visiting Stonehenge, Lacock, Castle Combe, Avebury, the Cotswolds, Salisbury Cathedral and Bath as well as the many other delights the area has to offer. Whether walking, cycling or sightseeing The Tiny Barn is ideally located in the hamlet of Studley.

Facing south, the room is a newly refurbished en-suite guest room situated in the peaceful village of Rudloe not far from the beautiful market town of Corsham. There is a café just around the corner which is open until 2 pm, Monday to Friday Parking for one vehicle and free WI-FI are available
