Friendly, communicative hosts, family environment, clean, comfortable and spacious room, beautiful nature outside the door.

DON'T DO IT! After the first night I stayed at Pacific Inn on Ocean St for $15/night more. The hotel provides breakfast, has a pool, and hot tub, and is walking distance to the beach, so it more than evens out. The first night I had a hard time falling asleep because of Nats (aka may flies) in the house. I tried calling the cell phone number and sending messages via the airbnb app but my calls were never returned, I finally did get a response via the app AFTER my checkout time. The directions lead me to another family's home which they said happens frequently. Oh and there is no cell phone service. Jared is actually very nice though. There's more but I'm about to get in a ride at the Santa Cruz boardwalk.
