Дом полностью соответствует описанию и заслуживает внимания туристов, которые ценят домашний уют. Не очень большой по площади, но абсолютно достаточный для четверых человек. Мы просто наслаждались завтраками на уютной террасе с прекрасным видом. Море через дорогу от калитки. Во дворе есть шезлонги, которые можно вынести на пляж, пляжные подстилки, множество полотенец, в том числе и пляжных, для пользования. На кухне практически все, что может понадобиться для приготовления полноценного обеда или ужина. Разнообразные моющие и чистящие средства, которые могут пригодиться для длительного пребывания. Котор в пешей доступности, минут 30 пешком до старого города, но мы предпочитали ездить на машине. Мы просто влюбились в этот "желтый домик", как мы его называли между собой. Уезжали с грустью. Если в Черногорию, то обязательно сюда. Спасибо Марко, ты отличный приветливый заботливый хозяин.

Just spent 10 days here and it was amazing! Right on the water with amazing views! It's about a 40 minute walk to old town, but I rented a bike for the whole time I was there so it was much faster to get to old town! There's a little market right next door, as well as a terrific restaurant called Tiha Noc. The kitchen has the basics if you wanted to make your own meals, but the cost of restaurants is so reasonable in Kotor that I didn't bother. Would definitely recommend, and if I'm lucky enough to come back to Kotor one day, would stay here again!

Lovely location right on the waterfront and an easy 20 mins stroll into Kotor. Great restaurants just a few metres away. Loved the balcony and the view. Lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. They weren’t the newest or smartest facilities we stayed on this trip but they were the most memorable. Thanks Marko

We had a brilliant stay at Marko’s Apartment in Dobrota - it is a beautiful place and the time we spent there will remain with us. Marko is an amazing host, great with communication and he even drove us from our previous stay to Dobrota which we thought was so generous. The apartment is as described...and more. The view from the rooms onto the water makes you feel like you are a part of it. It is located just a short 20-30 minute stroll from main town Kotor and markets, restaurants etc are close by. Inside the apartment we had everything we needed and wanted and the layout is tastefully done. Dobrota itself was a great location as it was quiet, restful, clean and allowed relaxation and enjoyment of the unique aspects of the physical environment. There was access to cheap and environmentally considerate water taxis to Kotor, Perast, Tivat and so on, and the nearby churches were just lovely. When we return to Dobrota we will certainly be staying at Marko’s.
