初めてAirbnbを使いましたが、Pennyさんの家はとても素晴らしい家でした。質問や要望には常に答えてくれていました。お部屋は清潔で、簡易キッチンもついており快適でした。そして冷蔵庫には、お水や果物、ジャム、バター、冷凍室にはパンがあり、とても助かりました！Pennyさんは自宅で仕事をされているため、朝の早い時間からお客様の声がしますが、私にとっては何も問題ありませんでした。バスルームも綺麗で、備品も整っていました。何か問題があってもすぐに対応してくれる素晴らしいオーナーさんでした。英語があまり話せない私にいつも優しく接して下さり感謝しています。また泊まりに行く機会があれば、ぜひ行きたいです！みなさまにもおすすめしたい滞在先でした！

Lovely little suite just south of the CBD in Sydney. So clean and for a relatively small space, it was so full of amenities - TV, small desk, kitchenette with hob, fridge, toaster, and tons of coffee and tea options. The semi-private bathroom is small but clean and stocked with high quality essentials. The hosts Penny and Jon were incredibly kind and lovely and very accommodating.

Many transit options: two train stations that are a 10-20 min walk, and multiple bus stops within a 5 min walk. The place is very easy to find.

Overall, a great modern and tidy place that's well worth the price paid! Would be perfect for longer term stays.

Minha estadia foi muito acolhedora e confortável, tudo muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado, exatamente como anunciado e ainda melhor: Penny se preocupou com o tipo de bebida que eu preferia, e ainda com pães, frutas, chás e café para me receber. Sempre está por perto e pronta para atender qualquer demanda que for necessária. Ela e seu marido são muito gentis! Local extremamente familiar, tranquilo, acolhedor e muito simpática, cheia de energia!

I recently had to cancel my short stay in Sydney with Penny due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control or the host's.
Despite this, I want to express how truly exceptional the accommodation was, it provided everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Penny, the host, was simply outstanding. She was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was as seamless as possible. Her kindness and reassurance made a world of difference, and I am truly grateful for her generosity.
Without hesitation, I would book this accommodation again if I return to Sydney in the future, knowing I’d be in such capable and caring hands.
