Jada left room in great condition and was respectful to other guests.
Big concern was she checked in with a second person that was not included with her reservation. I addressed it as soon as it was noticed. She offered apologies and compensation, but what’s done is done. I was definitely disappointed as she’s a host as well according to profile, but claimed not to noticed my one guest policy. She was in a room designated only for one, therefore putting me over my comfort ideal number of guests in the apartment.
