This was my second time booking this room with Hong and was nothing short of perfect! Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Alles war gut. Leider habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen als ursprünglich ausgeschrieben, da die Klimaanlage defekt war. Das Ersatz-Zimmer war jedoch in derselben Preisklasse, also alles in Ordnung. Der Raum war sauber und zentral gelegen, die Kommunikation war stets top und sehr freundlich – gerne wieder!
Das einzige Negative ist, dass die Fenster nicht besonders schalldicht sind, man hört einiges von draußen. Ansonsten wirklich alles top!

The apartment is in a building that looks like it was newly constructed or renovated. All the amenities are brand new (including the building elevator) and the rooms look sleek and modern. The apartment had a big smart tv, combo clothing washer/dryer, powerful AC unit, a wonderfully firm bed (one of the best I’ve slept on in Saigon) , and crisp comfortable sheets.

The only downside is the unit I stayed in didn’t have a lot of natural light. The apartment was shaped like a long shoebox and while modern it did feel like a luxury prison cell. If having natural light or a view is important, you might want to skip this particular unit for another in the building.
