Love this place, very comfy! Eva was very responsive. Wonder location that was peaceful and relaxing. Would love to have another trip there.

Eva was an amazing host, my flight landed early and left late she had no issues accommodating me, which I deeply appreciate! Will stay here anytime I visit NY.

First of all, Eva is a great host, super responsive and helpful!
The apartment is just like on the photos, everything looks newly renovated and clean!
Subway is really easy to find and extremely close to the apartment, and of course, it takes just a 15-20 minutes to Manhattan, which was the main thing for our staying.

When we decide to visit NYC again, we would definitely like to stay here again!

Eva was responsive and available and she even stayed up late the first night to help us check in. Her flat was in pristine condition, with all amenities available. I would definitely stay again. The bed was also super comfortable!
