Exactly what we expected based on the description.
We loved it and highly recommend to anyone who loves nature.

The property was outstanding and everything was stunning both inside and out. We felt really comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Quite a few twists and turns to get to it but the tranquil views are well worth it.

I had such a peaceful time although I was little concerned of the privacy. The stairs had me dying BUT that was on me for being out of shape lol. Overall I loved the mini house , Tom responded quickly, and the instructions were clear. I appreciated how he has a little binder with instructions and a map for different hikes. My favorite part was the shower and the bath outside.

Other reviews cover the great stuff about this cabin, but we had a couple of bad surprises:

- Lack of privacy: main house was for sale, and there was an active open house during our stay — we found out one afternoon returning from the beach. We could see strangers on the main balcony from within the shower area (so they could see us). At one point a group walked back to see the cabin/bathroom/space. Very invasive; even if there wasn’t an open house, it still lacks privacy.
- Spiders: minor and perhaps should have been expected but outdoor shower/toilet were overgrown and had fresh webs/spiders at eye level that had to be cleared everyday.
- No blinds for sun/privacy. Loft got direct sunlight in the AM, which made sleeping past sunrise difficult.
- Unreliable lighting: uneven staircase was unlit at night, light switches didn’t always work, and lamps were missing bulbs.

Tom was great, cabin was awesome, but needs maintenance and the privacy issue seriously soured our romantic getaway.
