Location, location, location. Walk to two beaches. Visited with my wife and 3 year old and had a great trip. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have good curtains to keep them dark, both underrated aspects of a good stay when looking at listings.

This Airbnb was spectacular! The view is gorgeous! The home itself was adorable! Julia was a wonderful communicator! I would highly recommend this home.

The only word of caution is that it is up a very steep hill if you have any mobility issues. Not a flaw of course, just a note. Otherwise, book this place!!

This place was perfect for our weekend. It was much larger than we anticipated- plus an amazing front yard that we hung out on a lot.
Everything was updated, clean, and inviting! We’d love to come back and stay here again!!

This location is nice for easy access to the beach and to walk to downtown Encinitas where there are many restaurants and shops. We chose the house for these reasons.
The courtyard in front of the house is very nice with a picnic table, seating under a covered porch, and seating with a gas fire feature.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. There are plenty of supplies for what we needed. The Mr. Coffee coffeemaker is terrible however and really needs to be updated. It worked sometimes and not so much other times.

There is no A/C or central air at this house. The main living area really needs fans for air circulation. The house was very humid and muggy all the time due to being so close to the coast. We had to leave all windows through the house open all the time to get any kind of air, however that was of minimal relief. The bedrooms have ceiling fans that do help air circulation in those areas.
