This is a nice place, and the host is great. The building interior is quiet but the activity outside is not. It’s an active corner with the sounds of New Orleans continuing until 2am each morning. Earplugs highly recommended. The building entry has a keypad, and the apartment door has a keypad as well. There’s no secondary interior lock and there’s an unmarked door in the main bedroom that can’t be sure is accessible from the other side. The last few photos of the posting seem to be another property - perhaps one that’s next door or in the same building.

The apartment is clean - the host provides hotel grade towels, soaps, and shampoo. As others have said, the only shower is in the hall bath. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, but it only has a bathtub, no shower. All the rooms have fans and the AC worked well.

We were happy with our stay and this host. The host accommodated our requests and was easy to work with. Thank you.
