Incredibly comfortable, charming, and well decorated flat in Florence. We definitely recommend Jordan’s unit for anybody coming to the area, being on the Santo Spirito side is for sure the way to go as it’s a bit less crowded, more local, and relaxed. The photos of this place don’t do the size or the decoration justice!

Beautiful home! We loved our stay- great location, Jordan was extremely friendly and responsive.

Jordans offers a really beautiful apparment, which is not your standard IKEA furnished AirBNB but a cozy flat people actually live in .
The apartment is quite central, allowing you to explore most attractions by foot. The place has plenty of space and both the small balcony as well as the mini roof-top terrace really add to the experience.
Few things to be aware of though: The street, where the apartment is located, is rather busy at night, with several bars and restaurant. So I would not recommend it for light sleepers.
Also the apartment has many small height differences between rooms and hallways, so you have to be careful when switching rooms. At last the beautiful furniture does need some more caution, so always have your coasters at hand ;)
Never the less, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.

Jordan’s place is beautiful. It’s a treat to stay somewhere that isn’t an overpriced generic IKEA filled airbnb. The location is walking distance to all of the tourist attractions in central Florence even with a three year old in a heat wave. The flat is also lovely and cool despite pesky heatwave. Jordan was friendly and gave us recommendations for local amenities etc. everything had been cleaned and was spotless for our stay.
