We have a warm and dependable caretaker-cum-cook and a helpful assistant, both are like family to us and make sure every guest feels at home.

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Every beam carried up by hand or mule — built the old mountain way. Reached via a 25–30 min uphill trek from the parking point — a proper mountain trail, not a flat walk.
