Easy transport connections from the city center and the airport, about 10 minutes by train. Also excellent bus and tram connections, e.g. Viikki campus and Aalto University. The apartment was carefully renovated in 2024, all surfaces and furniture are new. Good jogging trails and one of the best pizza restaurants in Helsinki nearby.

The apartment located on the second floor of the building offers a scenic opportunity to stay in the historic ironworks area of Billnäs.
