房东人特别好。帮我们张罗了两天的接送包车……得知我们想要自己做饭，还帮我们提前准备了锅碗和厨具。民宿附近很安静，周边没有什么商业，要自己提前买好……

Ertan bey yurtdisinda tatilde olmasina ragmen gayet ilgiliydi. Girdigimiz zaman temizlik konusunda biraz sikinti yasadik ancak Ertan bey sorunu hemen giderdi. Manzara gayet guzeldi, bulundugumuz bolgede restaurantlar ve barlar yakindi. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Harika bir konum, çok kullanışlı çok hoş bir ev, hem tarz olarak hem rahatlık olarak imkanları çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle ev sahipleri muhteşem insanlar. Cüneyt beyin annesi bizi karşıladı çocuklarımızı düşünüp kek ikram etmesi ayrıca çok kibardı. Köpeğimizle gittik onunla ilgilide hiç bir şikayet yada rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Kesinlikle evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Yağmur yağışı olan bir zamandı fakat biz sıcaklık derecesi konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebiliriz. Klimalar çalışıyordu gayet güzel. Balkonu çok keyifliydi, yataklar rahat kesinlikle hayvan dostu ve çocuk dostu anlayışlı ev sahipleri herkese önericem mutlaka. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Great house in a lovely rural location. safak was very prompt in replies and very helpful. very clean and tidy home. cockerals get a bit of getting used to early morning, but listening to the waves from the bedroom was lovely. it worked well for us without a car. buses easy to get in 5 minutes walk, to get into fethiye if you want. (go every 15 mins) ..and if you don't want, then you can eat at the Kafi next door on the yonka Lodge beach front. and there is a cheaper cafe along past club tuana on the public beach front. you can also buy activities from the beach front business at club tuana. (we did a snorkel boat trip and also hired the catarmaran). very helpful and friendly staff there too. a local taxi company 10 mins walk away too. ..all these can be found on Google, and were very friendly and helpful and reliable. nearby small "gift store" does have some basics food, bread and cheese. Two supermarkets up on the main road easy to get to by bus (every 15 mins).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Alles wie auf den Bildern, Meerblick und freundliche Crew. Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison da, deswegen war die Wohnung relativ ruhig und hatte eine perfekte Lage zwischen Strand und Promenade. Einzig allein hätten wir uns eine üppigere Ausstattung der Küche gewünscht (Schwämme, Spülmittel,..) - ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

This was our first visit to Kalkan and staying in a villa. We went with three adult children. Everyone had their own room with a wonderful view. The villa is well appointed, everywhere was very clean. The main living area is a wonderful social space. The pool was a bit chilly but we were there early in the season. We loved it.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden, super kommunikation und sehr zuverlässig, Villa entspricht den Bildern. Wir kamen verspätet in der Unterkunft an, trotzdem lief alles reibungslos und ohne stress oder Probleme mit dem Vermieter ab. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, über vergessenes Eigentum beim Check- Out wird man direkt informiert und findet einen Lösungsweg. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter und würden selber auch nochmal dahin kommen.

We loved everything about this villa from the location to the responsive and friendly hosts! We stayed an entire month and absolutely loved the area - its very residential and on a quiet street. The property is amazing with lots of room inside the villa and so many beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. A very easy, short walk to the beach with a beautiful promenade and so many restaurants. Super close to the grocery store as well. We loved seeing snow capped mountains from many windows in the home as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets from the upper patio in the evening. The host and her husband were amazing. It is nice to have them close by in case you need anything. We had one minor issue with the oven and they came immediately to check it out and fix it. The host even kindly brought us some delicious homemade turkish desserts from their family gathering, as we were there over Byram. Very nice people and place. Will definitely stay again. The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. A fantastic Villa with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Spectacular views with awesome sunsets. Large terraces on every level. Beautiful pool with amazing views. Comfortable beds with brilliant Air Conditioning. Melike was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. If you are thinking of staying in Kalkan then this villa is a little gem as the beach clubs are on your door step. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

Kusur bulmamız gerekirse havuz suyu genelde soğuk ve güneş battığında yüzmek pek mümkün olmuyor. Havuzu kullanmak için sabah güneşini yakalayın! Tavsiye edilir!

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕
