Puutikan rantahuvila

Upean Puruveden rannalla kokonaisuus, jossa tilava hirsihuvila, saunamökki, varasto, halkovaja (talo), oma rauha ja omat yksityiset hiekkarannat isoilla laitureilla. Huvila on 2-kerroksinen, olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö, 2 makuuhuonetta, pikku-wc, kylpyhuoneessa suihku, sähkösauna, wc ja pesu- sekä kuivausrumpu. Yläkerrassa työtila sekä avattava vuodesohva. Saunamökissä puukiuas, huoneessa vuodesohva ja pirttikalusto. Varastorakennuksen yhteydessä pieni majoitustila, jossa on kerrossänky.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Huvila lammen rannalla

Ihastu tätä majapaikkaa ympäröivään upeaan maisemaan. Huvila sijaitsee Sirkkalammen rannalla kauniin kirkkaan veden äärellä. Se sijaitsee noin 17km päässä keskustasta. Mökissä on juokseva kylmä ja lämmin vesi. Vesi on juomakelpoista. Myös sisä vessa ja suihku. Puu sauna jossa on kaunis maisema lammelle. Löytyy keittiö kalusteita kuten jääkaappi, pakastin, uuni, liesi, mikro, astianpesukone, veden ja kahvinkeitin. Myös pyykinpesukone löytyy. Auringon valo tulee mökille koko päivän ajan.

Viihtyisä ja kodikas yksiö toivottaa teidät tervetulleeksi! Asunto sijaitsee järvenrannalla aivan Ammattikorkeakoulun ja uimahallin vieressä. Kivenheiton päässä Savonlinnan keskusta, sekä tori. Asunnolle kävelee nopeasti bussi- sekä juna-asemalta. Auto on mahdollista parkkeerata ilmaiseksi vieraspaikoille. Upeat puistomaisemat kutsuvat ulkoilemaan ja nauttimaan Saimaan ympäristöstä. Kohteen rauhallisessa tunnelmassa on mukava rentoutua ja yöpyä. Tervetuloa majoittumaan!

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Three-bedroom apartment + sauna in the city center

Wonderful aparment in Savonlinna center, surrounded by Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a small sauna, swimming in the lake is possible via stairs in the backyard. Less than 10 min. walk to the market square and city center services, Olavinlinna castle is about 20 min. walk away. Swimming hall (on maintenance break 7.7.-10.8.), Huwila restaurant and beach are very close. The building has a swimming pool that is available outside the reserved sauna hours.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.

Nauti mökkitunnelmasta modernisti kerrostaloasunnossa - järvi on niin lähellä että parvekkeelle kuuluu aaltojen ääni. Remontoitu ja valoisa koti sijaitsee saaressa kirkasvetisen Saimaan rannalla n. 2km keskustasta. Tänne on helppo saapua autolla, bussilla tai kävellen - pääseepä rannasta torille puolessa tunnissa myös sup-laudalla. Parvekkeelle paistaa ilta-aurinko joten lämpötila asunnossa on miellyttävä helteelläkin.
