My rustic 2-bedroom farmstay has everything you need for your rustic nature trip - a true route to your roots. It comes with a big conventional well at the centre. During your stay, you can enjoy the terrace, private bathroom, kitchen and a living room. The property is surrounded by organic farms. One can go to Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani & Kas and return back for a hustle-free stay. Since its rainy season, so you might find little rough roads, but they will surely lead to a beautiful destination!

There is a 24/7 caretaker for all your needs. Homely Meals are also available on demand , If you need any Chinese, Punjabi, SouthIndian Dwarkadish Hotel is next to us .you can cook your own food , before prior permission ( cleaning & Gas charges aplicable), please carry your”” BATH TOWELS”” , Pet not allowed (IRONING not allowed)🙏

If you are looking to get away from the hustle.. to stay under the stars, listen to sounds of birds, along with the symphony of wind and rain! this property is perfect for your next vacation! Terra is located on a remote hill approx 1200 mtrs above sea level, overlooking Mahu dam, and Panchgani table land. This area is frequented by many animals such as gaurs, boars, bhekars, peacocks, monkeys, mongoose, etc and an occasional siting of a leopard in the neighbourhood every one or two years.
