The casita is the upper level of a duplex. Private front entrance of home. Plenty of street parking available. Keyless entry, ensure an easy check in process. Bedroom has blackout curtains. In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

This is a second floor, private 1-bedroom unit 4-5 miles north of downtown MPLS. We are close to many restaurants. There is a private flat roof deck right outside the entry. Rental includes access to shared fire pit and grill. Shared laundry is available upon request at basement level which is accessed from outside of the second floor unit. The first floor is a private unit in which we reside.
