A pochi minuti a piedi la funicolare Como-Brunate, i ristoranti sul lago, il lido di Viale Geno e il centro città. L’appartamento si trova circa 50 metri sopra il lago, pertanto non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità

L'alloggio è dotato di un parcheggio privato. È obbligatorio fornire i documenti per la registrazione. Massimo 2 persone. Non sono ammessi animali domestici. È obbligatorio divertirsi🥰
