Our backyard birds and wildlife include: kookaburras, lorikeets, king parrots, black & white cockatoos, kingfishers, tawny frog-mouth. Kangaroos are frequent visitors.

The Nutty Bungalow is an elegantly fitted out space and on an organic Macadamia nut farm.. strolling distance to long quiet beaches. .. a place of peace and simplicity and comfort... whatever the weather or season or reason. Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Just 30 mins from Coffs Airport but a world away Privately set in the lush back garden of Starfish Cottage, which may also have guests. Old & rustic, so not ideal for 4-5 star minimum folk. Fast Wifi & a smart TV along with the basic essentials like tea, coffee, sauces & oil on hand. Shower & loo inside, + 2nd loo outside. Bring your beach towels! We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ. A well constructed, superbly insulated house making both winter and summer stays a pleasure. On those few cool Winter nights light the cosy woodburner. My place is close to the beach. You’ll love it because of the feeling that you are in the bush right up in the trees.. watch the king parrots, kangaroos and even a resident echidna and water dragon! Walk for approx 5 minutes through the bush down to the lovely Valla Beach. My place is good for couples and business travellers alike.

"Behind the Wall" is a Tuscan inspired getaway situated within walking distance of the shopping centre of Urunga, the boardwalk and beach and the Wetlands Boardwalk. As you enter Behind the Wall you will set foot in a Tuscan inspired garden complete with espaliered fruit trees and outdoor dining. The two bedroom house is an original hundred year old home recently renovated to honour it's original character. The kitchen and bathrooms are purpose built to accommodate the needs of guests.

Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.

Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.
