Reachable only by boat, no road and no car — a 19th-century Crotto, once a lakeside tavern where fishermen stopped to eat and drink, reborn as a cottage on the water. Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. Total privacy, on a roadless shore.

La rue pavée et en montée ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher ou qui souhaitent pouvoir se garer sous la maison. Appartement de deux pièces au premier étage sans ascenseur, en position dominante et ensoleillée, composé d'une chambre double, séjour avec canapé-lit simple, cuisine et salle de bain avec demi-baignoire.
