It was initially an outdoor storage area for coconuts and was there after renovated to form a part of a very basic 1 bed room house from where it gets the name. It was then modified into a hair styling Salon & finally it has been revamped into a quaint & rustic goan house. We've kept it simple yet elegant. At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
