Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. Large kitchen fully equipped with dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Outdoors shower and separata house for longdrop toilet (TC). A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

Welcome to our house in Insjön - a quiet, green and safe place to stay. It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available summertime. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.

In the winter you have a fireplace and a sauna, and a nice big bathtub.
