Varna : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Стархотно местенце, с красива градина и невероятен изглед към морето. Всички необходими удобства за за пълноценна почивка - прекарахме страхотно време там! Домакинът Петя е изключително деликатен, отзивчив и слънчев човек! Препоръчвам с две ръце!!!

The apartment looks great, is very clean and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's conveniently located right between the beach and the centre of town, and close to many good restaurants and bars, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Having a place to park the car was particularly useful! The hosts were very reactive and helpful. We recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay there!

Апартаментът е прекрасен, изключително просторен, на живо е дори по-голям, отколкото изглежда на снимките. Изключително чисто! Локацията е перфектна, на 2 метра от морската градина. На отсрещния тротоар има прекрасно заведение. Има всякакви удобства, включително кафе, чай, подправки, препарат за пране. Терасата е огромна. Александър е много отзивчив. Определено ще дойдем пак. Единствен минус е, че нощно време е доста шумно, но това е нормално за жилище в идеалния център.

Самое лучшее место в Варне! Шикарный район, квартира очень светлая, уютная, все новое и чистое! Жили больше месяца, все очень понравилось Марин - очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин, вернемся еще❤️

I loved the view of the beach. Super cozy for my family and I, the place had everything we needed. The community is quiet and peaceful, away from the traffic and noise. We really enjoyed our nice and secluded stay! thank you for your hospitality!

Das Meeresrauschen lag uns noch lange in den Ohren. Wir haben die Auszeit in dem kleinen Fischerörtchen sehr genossen und denken schon an den nächsten Aufenthalt. Nicht unweit mit dem Auto entfernt wäre man auch mitten im Getümmel - wer danach sucht…

Great place for a family holiday, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Stefani is also a great host, she is super friendly and helpful!

E a doua oară când mergem la Pika și nu vrem sa mai schimbam cazarea când mergem la mare in Bulgaria. Curățenie, liniște, verdeață, piscină și nu în ultimul rând zona per total este liniștită și nu e așa aglomerat pe plaja Cabacum, ca pe alte plaje din stațiuni de renume.Plaja curata și apa extraordinar de curata!

Konstantin' s apartment is cosy yet practical. Its space is well used so that you don't feel crammed. I imediately appreciated that you have access to the balcony both from the bedroom and the living room, which was a big plus for us. The balcony has a pretty view of the sea and the pool. There are blackout curtains in each room so that you can have a good night's sleep. The apartment is quite well built and soundproof so that the outside noise does not bother you but also you cannot hear much from one room to the other. That was also a plus for us, considering we have a toddler who needs silence to sleep well. The apartment is close to the Cabacum beach. You can get to it by foot or by car (there are plenty of parking spaces right on the beach). There is a big downhill that goes to the beach but no stairs, which was another plus for us. Konstantin responded quickly to our messages and helped us by offering a toddler's bed and baby high chair + some toys & other beach usefull stuff.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely beautiful and immaculate place I would definitely recommend such a lovely place to be I really enjoyed my stay the area is amazing peaceful lots of facilities Bulgaria is a lovely place I would definitely visit here again I felt right at home xxx

Beautiful, new, white and clean apartment, well organized, lots of space (we were traveling with a 4 year child so it helped for all his traveling toys 😄) located in a 5 stars complex (lots of trees, parking places, small playground on the beach) and with restaurant and very close private beach (some stairs to climb down and there it is). Ruslan was very helpful with all needed instructions and additional information when asked. Unfortunately, the complex is located at 10-15 minutes of Varna so you need the car to travel. There are some local buses if you need a brake from traveling by car. For sure we will come back, for the view, the beach (very clean), the beautiful and quite apartment.

Екатерина, прекрасный хозяин!!! Добрый, всегда готовый помочь по любым вопросам, хотя у нас их и не было))) т.к. в доме все есть и даже больше)) Расскажу по подробнее: мы путешествовали семьей, 4 человека, мы с мужем и дети, сын - 13 лет и доча полгодика)) жили в чудесных аппартаментах 2 недели, как дома) на кухне все есть: духовка, микроволновка, варочная поверхность, посудомоечная машина, холодильник все новое)) огромное кол-во разнообразной посуды, вообшем, мы ни в чем не нуждались)) в ванной: душевая кабина, всегда была горячая вода и самое главное стиральная машина с загрузкой на 9 кг)) шикарный балкон с видом на море) мебель) т.е., если посидеть расслабиться, то вам туда)) плоский телевизор с российскими каналами и бесплатный wi-fi.. брала с собой ноут бук, работала параллельно, никаких проблем) собственно и на пляже тоже все работало супер! Про территорию- небольшая, но очень ухоженная, чистая, красивая.. собственный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и мягкими диванчиками.. мы утром рано приходили, занимали, дочу кормила, она у нас там засыпала и у нас было время покупаться и позагорать)) камней многовато, тем кто любит поплавать подольше и подальше, но нам на текущий момент, было это не надо.. не далеко от отеля много кафешек, магазинчиков, даже для малютки там все нашли)) в заключение, очень рекомендую это место!! Чистота, красота, все под рукой!! А главное, Катерина, нам разрешила задержаться, практически еще на один день, без доплат, т.к. у нас был поздний вылет, совершенно бесплатно!!! Мы благодарим ее за это!!! Спасибо огромное!!!!

Ein super freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend! Alles was man braucht hat man in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war super gepflegt und leicht zu finden. Gerne würden wir immer wieder kommen könnte ich 10/10 Sterne geben können würde ich das machen!

Very cute apartment, we were 3 adults and two children, we had a comfortable and spacious stay

The flat was wonderful and spacious with 3 separate private balconies with spectacular views. Yuliyana was a fantastic hostess who was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this Air BnB listing, especially given its great location in Golden Sands that is also a short taxi to Varna.

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar. Además está muy bien equipado, amplio y cómodo. Romiana siempre respondió rápido a mis mensajes, y tanto ella como su pareja fueron muy receptivos para resolver cualquier inconveniente. Lo unico, al alojamiento se accede mediante unas escaleras (cosa que se menciona en el anuncio), no muy cómodas en caso de tener niños pequeños con carrito.

Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, die Unterkunft sieht viel besser aus wie auf den Bildern, unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Alles Makellos, unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
