You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Private 1 bedroom annex in East Devon village

Oakbridge Corner offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for 2 +baby. Set in the heart of Sidbury village which boasts a pub, 2 shops and a good bus route to the surrounding area. Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

Honeysuckle Cottage

The cottage was renovated in 2021. The cottage is lovely bright & airly open plan with a new kitchen & central heating throughout. Upstairs theres a family bathroom & master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom although its a bunk bed the top bunk is a bit of tight squeeze so definitely couldn't take an adult. All towels and linen included (apart from beach towels). Outside there is a private patio & shared grassed area with picturesque stream at the bottom.
