The nicely decorated interior has stained concrete floors, 2 full-size bathrooms-one with a double-head shower and attached closet/laundry room. The master suite has a king size bed w/tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed w/tv. The living/kitchen area is an open concept w/plenty of room for a queen blowup mattress (included). A perfect setting for watching the abundance of wildlife.

Hi, hello, welcome! We invite you to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The kitchen is stocked, the hot tub is ready to go, and the local area boasts many wineries, state parks for hiking, and beautiful scenery. This spacious cabin features a comfortable King bed, 55” TV above a gas fireplace, and recently had a top to bottom renovation! The spacious back deck features a large hot tub just steps from the back door, hooks for the provided terry cloth robes, and a Weber grill.

7 minutes from Kinkaid Lake's Paul Ice boat ramp. 15 minutes fron Kinkaid marina. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. There is plenty of room to park your boat. After a day on the lake come back to the house and enjoy some relaxing time either in the house or under the shade trees in the yard. The family room furniture is set up for a family gathering or watching TV. The bedrooms all have new mattresses and different types of pillows to choose from.
