My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!Minutes away from restaurants,shopping and all kind of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown,3 miles from Casino, less than a mile from grocery store.There's also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.For our guests we offer shampoo,conditioner,body wash,dish soap which are animal cruelty free.The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has separate entrance.

We offer a comfortable king size bed and a full size futon, if needed. The private guest entry has steps with an optional ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Situated steps from Pymatuning Lake and the marina. The property backs up to Pymatuning State Park which offers bird watching, frisbee golf, nature & bike trails, etc. The unit is newly updated to provide you all the comforts of home. Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.
