Villammare : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Michaela and Giancarlo were fabulous hosts. Their home is absolutely beautiful and with even better views. The only issue we had was the WiFi, which was fine the first few days but then it stopped working. We were having an “unplugged” vacation so this was not a huge bother to us and they remedied what they could! We are so grateful to be able to spend our honeymoon in their home with many Italian touches. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Great host, great house! Had everything you need, including some cute little geckos in the garden at night. We rented a car which helped to get to the supermarket and to Salerno which is well worth a visit. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Esperienza indimenticabile! Appartamento con Splendida vista su Agropoli con tramonti splendidi e vista si tutta la penisola sorrentina. L'appartamento pur piccolo ė fornito di tutto l'indispensabile caffè e vino bianco in frigo compresi. Marco ė stato gentilissimo e ci ha assistito e dato informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno.

Das Haus liegt toll zwischen Strand und dem schönen Ort Vietri, die Unterkunft funktioniert sehr gut ohne Auto. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Terrasse und der Blick in Zitronengarten und auf das Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben als Familie zu viert bei Marco einen grandiosen Osterurlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Der Blick von der sehr großen Terrasse unglaublich! Ebenso der Blick aus dem riesengroßen Fenstern des Wohnzimmers/Schlafraum. Es gab auch genug Platz, um die eigen Sachen einzuräumen. Alles war extrem sauber und freundlich gestaltet. Nur einen Ofen gab es nicht, der wurde aber auch nicht versprochen. Marco hat uns persönlich sehr freundlich begrüßt und hat alles erklärt. Wir wurden mit Leckereien und Wein empfangen. Marco war jederzeit erreichbar und hat geholfen. Einzig anstrengend und einfach der Lage in diesem schönen Bergörtchen Raito geschuldet, war die Parkplatzsituation. Man muss schon sehr gut zu Fuß sein bei den vielen Treppen und steilen Straßen und gute Nerven beim Autofahren haben , wie eigentlich überall an dieser wundervollen Gegend. Zu Fuß kommt man gut auch nach Raito ins Zentrum und Vietri mit super Restaurants und einer Fähre bis nach Capri. Danke Marco

Great place to stay, roomy unit with 2 bedrooms and full baths. Great views of the bay and surrounding mountains, with 2 patios and a garden area in a very peaceful area of scattered homes. The entire area is beautiful and worth discovering and the people very nice. Hosts were very nice and responsive and everything was as described in the listing, certainly a place to return to if in the area again. Only suggestion would be to make sure you have a car and you got it from airport or well known rental company. I thought I'd book a local car for a period once there and the options were terrible, expensive with terrible ratings.

Superbe sejour a Maiori chez Luigi! Nous sommes une famille de 5 et la maison était parfaite. Elle est simple et très fonctionnelle, très propre, conforme à la description. Le jardin de citronniers est juste sublime, magnifiquement entretenu, c est vraiment le point fort et l effet whaou quand on le découvre! Maiori est une très bonne base pour découvrir toute la côte amalfitaine, et la plage est très accessible à pieds par une jolie route. Le point fort pour moi a été la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Luigi, tellement rare et appréciable! Cela a réellement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour ! Bref si vous cherchez un logement fonctionnel et agréable, bien placé et avec un hôte hyper agréable et attentionné, courrez-y! un grand grand merci Luigi!

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.

The place was great and definitely the best stay in our Italy trip. It looked just like in the pictures, very well located and having the hotel nearby with all its amenities (transport, restaurants and the staff that was amazing a 10/10) made our stay very enjoyable.

Tutto perfetto! Sicuramente la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la jacuzzi esterna, in cui ci si rilassa in tutta tranquillità. Questa poi si trova in un grande e fresco giardino, con un sacco di piante, tavoli e sedie, completamento recintato in cui anche le mie cagnoline si sono divertite tanto! Raffaele poi ha curato il mio soggiorno in tutto, con la massima gentilezza. Spero di riuscire a tornarci presto!

The hosts were responsive from the moment we booked. They and their lovely mum were very proactive at our check-in as we needed some help. Their kindness at a time of need was really appreciated. They were also in touch to check we were OK. If you are travelling alone in Salerno, I think this couple make you feel like you have family in Salerno. The place was spotless and stocked well, more than expected from an Airbnb. We wish we could have stayed longer. The outside seating is well thought out and great for sunny days. Very secure building. 10mins from the heart of the city and 5 mins from the beach. It was a very convenient spot and bus from station stops and picks up from outside the apartment. Very convenient. Lo Spaghetto restaurant is our recommendation for excellent customer service to customers with varied diets and amazing food. Enjoy your stay here.

This place is an absolute gem, nestled in the hills of Castellabate with a jaw dropping view of the ocean and towns below. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. An absolutely spotless, renovated and thoughtfully appointed space. Our favourite part was the terrace! A huge plus if you're travelling by car is the free parking located right infront. The apartment itself is located a short drive away from the famous hillside village of Castellabate and near various seaside towns which all have beautiful boardwalks and old towns to hop between and spend the day. Last but certainly not least are the incredible hosts who were so welcoming, responsive, and helpful. They provided accurate driving instructions to find the property easily, answered all questions, and were very accommodating. At the end of our stay we did not want to leave! We can only hope we are lucky enough to one day come back and stay here again!

L’appartamento, anche se non nuovissimo, mantiene quello che promette, cioè spazio in abbondanza per 4-5 persone, tranquillità e una bella vista sul paese, le colline e il mare (specie al tramonto). Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di parcheggio sia a Centola, sia a Palinuro. L’ospite, Raffaele, è una persona cordiale e discreta, sempre reperibile e disponibile a dare informazioni. In sintesi, esperienza senz’altro positiva

È stato un soggiorno da favola sia per i paesaggi meravigliosi di questa terra, sia per l'appartamento incantevole in cui abbiamo alloggiato (le foto, infatti, non rendono giustizia alla realtà). L'appartamento si trova in altura, ma con 5-10 minuti di macchina si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Agropoli. La stanza, molto caratteristica in pietra, offre tutti gli spazi necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno gradevole. Possiede un angolo cottura e degli utensili utili per cucinare. Il bagno molto grande, pulito e carino. Una delle chicche è sicuramente lo spazio esterno con una vista pazzesca su Agropoli (in lontananza si vede anche Capri). È bellissimo poter svegliarsi con una vista del genere, o ammirare un tramonto con vista mare/valle e con i colori pittoreschi della natura. L'host Michele, è una persona genuina, gentile e disponibile, infatti, abbiamo fatto delle belle chiacchiere con lui e ci ha dato consigli utili! Sono super soddisfatta!

Charming Villa Gemma by the sea was the perfect stay, we felt like we were at home. Elena is a delightfull host, her home is spotless and so comfortable, the views are outstanding. Don't miss La Zagara pizzeria a 2 minute walk away. The Old Hill Town - Castellabate is a must see. Enjoy a coffee and pastry at the Italian Cafe - Piazza Paolo Matarrazo and stroll through the pedestrian street by the water. The last evening we were treated to the most spectacular lightning storm over the ocean, for hours. This place is special..

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Küche zwar klein, aber großer Kühlschrank, 4Flammen Gasherd und Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Alles in Top Zustand und funktioniert super. Küchenutensilien alles da, was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind gut, aber eher hart, mir macht das nix, mein Mann bekam davon Rückenschmerzen. Lage ist super, mitten im Ort und 5 Minuten zum Strand. Bus und Boot - alles fussläufig zu erreichen, ebenso sämtliche Restaurants. Alles in Allem ein super Ausgangsort, um die Amalfiküste zu erkunden und nicht so überlaufen wie andere Orte dort. Wir können la Mansarda zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und die Terrasse ist natürlich das Highlight.

Margherita est une hôte exceptionnelle. Son allant et sa joie de vivre collent parfaitement à l' esprit "acceuil et échange" qu on espère trouver lorsqu' on part en vacances. Son logement offre beaucoup d avantages, et tout particulièrement son emplacement ou en encore sa terrasse qui propose une super vue. Je recommande fortement ce logement

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im ruhigen und beschaulichen Agropoli. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren kleinen Urlaub. Sie ist sehr groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Dachterrasse war ein Highlight, auf der man morgens seine Ruhe finden konnte. Allgemein liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig, mal abgesehen von den bellenden Hunden in der Nachbarschaft. Leider konnten wir die angegeben Fahrräder nicht nutzen, weil diese im Sommer geklaut wurden. Ansonsten war alles super! Danke, Fabrizio!

Il mio soggiorno nella casa vacanze a Salerno è stato assolutamente superlativo! La proprietaria Ursula è stata incredibilmente simpatica e disponibile fin da subito, fornendoci indicazioni utilissime per esplorare la città e i dintorni. L'appartamento era non solo pulitissimo, ma anche sorprendentemente spazioso, offrendo tutto il comfort di cui avevamo bisogno e anche di più. Se dovessi tornare a Salerno in futuro, non esiterei un solo istante a contattare di nuovo Ursula e affittare la stessa casa. Altamente raccomandato!"

Il sig. Felice è un host che antepone precisione, serietà e disponibilità ai fronzoli della comunicazione, che risulta in ogni caso efficace e cordiale. Nonostante l'appartamento è un attico di un palazzo storico, chi ne ha curato la ristrutturazione è riuscito a renderlo estremamente attuale e confortevole, valorizzandone i punti di forza. La vista panoramica, seppur accessibile da una non grandissima finestra a forma di oblo, ci accompagna in tutti gli spostamenti in casa. A tratti da l'impressione di essere su una nave. Il terrazzo è altrettanto bello, peccato per il muretto che ne limita la vista da seduti. Spettacolare l'ampissimo salone. L'ampia disponibilità di stoviglie è un plus per chi ama dilettarsi in cucina. L'unico punto da attenzionare, per chi desidera soggiornarci, sono sicuramente le diverse rampe di scale da fare per raggiungerlo. Anche se, con mia moglie all'8° mese, non abbiamo avuto grandi problemi. Un grazie ancora al sig. Felice per averci ospitato

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Wonderful place to stay. My only recommendation would be to have Francesco review how to work the gas stove, AC unit and wash machine and the sleeper sofa. Hanging clothes to dry on a clothes line over the balcony was a unique Italian experience.
