The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront beach, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers.
