Thanks again for allowing us to stay at the Kaiapoi Luxury Apartment. We really enjoyed it. Kaiapoi is a nice spot and perfect for what we needed over our time there. Beautiful house, was the perfect home away from home for our family. Everything was as described, clean and cozy. The surroundings were gorgeous. right on the edge of the Kaiapoi Lakes which was a lovely walk and backed onto a playground which was great for the kids.

We really enjoyed our lovely, warm comfortable home away from home. Lots of countryside as well as retail shopping, cafes & restaurants, golf courses and interesting walks close by. Kaiapoi is a great get- away location. Val

After a long drive on a holiday weekend the little extra touches such as milk in the fridge so we could have a hot drink on arrival when all the shops were closed show that the host have thought about what they are providing (a home away from home) for people traveling to the area. Centrally located with everything you need for a short or long stay. Can't recommend highly enough and will use again when next travelling to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the stay at Kims place and felt very at home with space for our children. Only let down was we accidentally booked the wrong month and gave a month’s notice before we realised it was wrong dates booked and to get them changed over to the following month however Kim kept the deposit and we had to pay again so really was an inconvenience for me and my family and felt out of pocket.

Great location. Clean and tidy with good facilities. Single beds were a bit hard for adults but fine for children.

Lovely warm home with nice private outlook. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood and loved smelling all the Christmas lilies in the garden. Donald was a fantastic host and can definitely recommend this property to others.
